湖北画报创刊于1958年，由湖北省文学艺术界联合会主办，由湖北画报社编辑出版，长期以来肩负着湖北对外宣传的重任，是一本以图片为主、全彩印刷的高端综合刊物。

　　Hubei Pictorial, established in 1958, is under the supervision of Hubei Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and edited and published by Hubei Pictorial Magazine.
