　　24集台网剧《青春创业手册》是由中共湖北省宣传部指导，湖北省文联和湖北今古传奇影视公司联合出品的、首部反映中国光谷创新创业热潮的青春励志台网剧。

　　该剧全程在武汉取景，讲述了在“大众创业，万众创新”的时代背景下，一批年轻人在光谷创业的故事：罗立夏和同伴一起创业，历经种种磨难和挫折后，在政府和其他创业者的帮助下，逐一克服困难，战胜自我，创业成功。该剧着力反映了光谷多年来大力推进“双创”工作，扶持小微企业创业，以政策创新驱动企业发展的成果。

　　作为湖北省文联重点文艺扶持项目，该剧获得了国家新闻广电总局2018网络视听节目精品创作传播工程优秀作品第一名、湖北省新闻广电总局2018省广播电视剧优秀主题原创网络视听节目奖、“理想照耀中国”最佳网络剧等多个国家及省级荣誉。2021年3月8日播出以来，口碑极好，湖北省委宣传部特发来贺信。

　　Youth Entrepreneurship Manual is a 24-episode web and TV drama directed by Publicity Department of the CPC Hubei Provincial, co-produced by Hubei Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles and Hubei Jingu Legend Film and Television Co., Ltd. This is the first inspirational web and TV drama to reflect the boom of innovation and entrepreneurship in China's Optics Valley.

　　This drama was filmed in Wuhan. And the plot is about a group of young people starting businesses in Optics Valley in the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation". Luo Lixia and his partner start a business together. After experiencing all kinds of hardships and setbacks, with the help of the government and other entrepreneurs, he overcame difficulties one by one, overcame herself, and succeeded in his businesses. This drama focuses on the achievements of Optics Valley in vigorously promoting "double entrepreneurship and innovation" over the years, supporting small and micro enterprises to start their own businesses, and driving enterprise development with policy innovation.

　　As a key literary and art support project of Hubei Federation of Literary and Art Circles, "Youth Entrepreneurship Manual" has won many national and provincial honors such as, the first prize in the network audio-visual program creation and dissemination project of the State Administration of News, Radio, Film and Television in 2018, the “Provincial Radio and TV Drama Outstanding Theme Original Network Audio-Visual Program Award” by the Hubei Provincial Administration of News, Radio, Film and Television in 2018, the “Ideal Shines in China" Best Network Drama Award. Since its broadcast on March 8th, 2021, this drama has received an excellent reputation, and the Propaganda Department of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee specially sent a congratulatory letter.
