　　This film, adapted from a Luotian-native Writer, Liu Xinming's novel Bapin Township Official, tells the story of the CPC Committee members in Qingyun Town under Dabie Mountains represented by the Secretary Hao Zheng, facing the profound and complex changes in rural areas, a series of social practices with ideals, beliefs and feelings in the implementation of major strategies such as poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, innovation of rural development mode and community democracy construction are vivid teaching material for education activities of "remaining true to their original aspiration and keeping mission firmly".
