近年来，湖北省广播电视不断深化改革，转型升级，加快发展，综合实力稳步提升。全省拥有广播电视台82座、广播电台1座、电视台3座，开办公共广播节目98套、公共电视节目114套，广播、电视综合人口覆盖率分别达99.86%和99.82%;互联网传播视听节目持证机构71家。2020年，全省广播电视行业总收入191亿元，累计创收147亿元，其中广告收入19.6亿元，有线电视网络收入33.3亿元，新媒体业务收入78.6亿元。全省广播电视节目制作经营机构570多家，其中电视剧制作机构约30家，全年备案立项电视剧71部，取得发行许可证19部，播出19部。中国(湖北)网络视听产业园、中国(湖北)广播电视媒体融合发展创新中心两个国家级品牌项目发展良好、势头强劲，襄阳唐城、枣阳汉城等大型影视拍摄基地服务完善、剧组不断，视听文艺精品竞相涌现、量质双升，全省广播电视和网络视听事业产业初步形成业态丰富、布局合理、功能

Over the past few years, the comprehensive strength of Hubei Radio and Television Station has been improved steadily through its constant deepening of reforms, transformation and upgrading, and accelerated development. The province has 82 radio and television stations, 1 radio station, and 3 television stations. A total of 98 public radio programs and 114 public television programs have been opened, with comprehensive population coverage rates of radio and television of 99.86% and 99.82% respectively; and there are 71 license holders of Internet dissemination audio and video programs. In 2020, the general income of the radio and television industry in the province was RMB 19.1 billion, with a cumulative income created of RMB 14.7 billion, of which the advertising revenue was RMB 1.96 billion, the cable television network revenue was RMB 3.33 billion, and the new media business revenue was RMB 7.86 billion. There are over 570 radio and television program production and operation organizations in the province, including about 30 TV series production organizations, 71 filed and approved TV series throughout the year, 19 TV series with issuing licenses, and 19 broadcasted TV series. The development trend of the two national-level brand projects of China (Hubei) Network Audio Visual Industrial Park and China (Hubei) Radio and Television Integrated Media Development & Innovation Center is well and the momentum is strong. The services of large-scale film and television shooting bases such as Xiangyang Tangcheng and Zaoyang Hancheng are complete with continuous casts and crews. Quality audio visual art products have emerged competitively with improvement in both quantity and quality. The radio, television and network audio visual industry in the province has initially formed a high-quality and innovative development pattern with rich formats, reasonable layout, complete functions, complete elements and first-class services.

(二)深度融合纵深推进，创新发展势头强劲。省级广播电视媒体融合技术平台建设成效凸显，湖北广播电视台长江云平台上线覆盖全省120个市、州、县“云上”客户端，整体设计方案荣获中广联“2017年广播影视科技创新奖”一等奖。媒体融合优势地位进一步彰显，中国(湖北)广播电视媒体融合发展创新中心、中国(湖北)网络视听产业园获批创建、发展迅速，县级融媒体中心建设实现全覆盖，8家国家和省级试点单位成功探索可操作、可复制的标准化建设流程和方案。大力推进高清电视建设，省级电视频道和绝大多数地市级电视主频道实现高清化。全省有线电视网络整合历史性收官，湖北广电网络参与出资组建中国广电网络股份有限公司。武汉纳入首批广电5G建设试点城市，防疫期间全球首例广电5G应用在汉投入实战。研究制定“十四五”5G国家新基建项目规划，“智慧县城”等一批广电重点项目入库，5G+工业互联网、融媒体IDC大数据中心、新型互联网交换中心、国家文化大数据体系华中分平台等一大批重大战略项目启动。

China (Hubei) Radio and Television Integrated Media Development & Innovation Center and China (Hubei) Network Audio Visual Industrial Park have been approved and established and have developed rapidly. The construction of county-level integrated media center has achieved full coverage, and 8 national and provincial-level pilot units have successfully explored operational and reproducible standardized construction procedures and plans. The construction of high-definition television has been vigorously promoted, and provincial-level television channels and most prefecture-level television channels have achieved high definition. The integration of cable TV network in the province has come to a historic end. Hubei Radio and Television network has invested in the establishment of China Broadcasting Network Corporation Ltd. Wuhan was included in the first batch of pilot cities for the radio and television 5G construction. During the epidemic prevention period, the world's first radio and television 5G application was put into real combat in Wuhan. 1.基本概况。中国(湖北)网络视听产业园是2019年10月由国家广播电视总局批复，在武汉东湖新技术开发区(中国光谷)设立的国家级重点广播电视和网络视听产业园区(基地)。园区总覆盖面积311万平方米，总辐射区域9.64平方公里，目前有北辰·光谷里和长江文创产业园两个核心承载体，涵盖武汉留学生创业园、武汉大学科技园、华中科技大学科技园、小米基地等园区(基地)，集聚了字节跳动、斗鱼直播、盛天网络、福禄控股、传神语联、两点十分、江通动画、博润通、艺画开天、启蒙听听等一大批重点网络视听企业，建设运营主体为武汉光谷创意产业基地建设投资有限公司。
