　　该节目以高品质影像记录为形式，以湖北省非物质文化遗产项目为主体，以传承人为核心，以挖掘、展示、传承、弘扬和存档留史为宗旨，让“非遗”从深闺中走出来，让民众知“非遗”，懂“非遗”，护“非遗”，爱“非遗”，用“非遗”。让社会更加关注“非遗”，市场更加青睐“非遗”。让“非遗”传承人更加自信与自豪，荣耀与尊严。

　　通过抢救性记录，让“非遗”拥有系统、完备、清晰、精确、恒久的影像档案。让“非遗”成为荆楚文化百花园中的奇葩，成为对外文化交流的名片。

　　虽然该节目每集只有五分钟，但是“浓缩的都是精华”。该节目采用“口述+解说”、“实拍+包装”、“人+物+景”等灵活多样的变现手法，并坚持以非遗传承人为核心，通过动画、光影效果、镜头创意以及鲜活的讲述和生动的解说词，使静物活起来，人物活起来，环境活起来，技能活起来，展现活起来，让“非遗”活在当下，切实做到了“思想精深、艺术精湛、制作精良”。

　　The program uses high-quality images and video recordings to tell about how intangible cultural heritage (ICH) items in Hubei are discovered, displayed, inherited, enriched and archived in the eyes of ICH inheritors, aiming to demystify ICH so that it is known, understood, preserved, taken good care of and rationally used by more people. It calls greater attention to ICH, enhances commercial value of ICH, and instills confidence, sense of honor and dignity in ICH inheritors.

　　To avoid potential damage, the program creates systematic, complete, high-definition, accurate and permanent recordings of ICH, turning "ICH" into a “brilliant star” of the Jingchu Culture and a “business card” of Hubei in international cultural exchanges.

　　The program consists of five-minute episodes of high quality. It combines oral description, explanatory comment, original and edited photos, persons, objects and sceneries, and puts a spotlight on ICH inheritors. Animation and lighting effects, innovative camera language, vivid descriptions and witty comments are combined to bring lifeless objects alive and allow the audience to draw closer to the characters and their surroundings and skills. By integrating profound thoughts and excellent artistic skills, the well-made program indeed helps ICH keep up with the times.
