　　《长江志-九凤鸣》是以长江流域各类文化的文化内涵为主题，以当地的名胜古迹为场景，以当地的民间传说为内容，创作系列动画片，组成长江文化故事系列动画。围绕先秦楚地历史神话传说及唐宋诗人游踪与诗文故事中关于湖北的美谈，展现瑰丽浓郁的楚风文化。旨在以长江湖北段荆楚文化为核心，打造具有社会影响力、动漫魅力的湖北特色的荆楚文化符号。多元化展现长江风貌、荆楚文化， 树立文化自信。在场景中也还原湖北特色、黄鹤楼、武当山、盘龙城、恩施大峡谷等古今地域风貌。

　　Yangze River Records - Nine Phoenixes Singing is based on the cultural connotation of various cultures in the Yangtze River Basin, with local scenic spots and historical sites as the scene, and local folklore as the content. Focusing on the historical myths and legends of the pre-Qin and Chu regions, as well as the beautiful talk about Hubei in the travels of Tang and Song poets and poetic stories, the magnificent and rich Chu culture is displayed. It aims to create a Jingchu cultural symbol of Hubei characteristics with social influence and animation charm with Jingchu culture in the Hubei section of the Yangtze River as the core. Diversified display of the Yangtze River, Jingchu culture, and cultural self-confidence. In the scene, ancient and modern regional features such as Hubei characteristics, Yellow Crane Tower, Wudang Mountain, Panlong City, and Enshi Grand Canyon are also restored.
