　　人的心总是充斥着各种欲望，因为得不到满足而产生各种恩怨情仇。世界上有这样一群妖物，会和人类签订契约，达成心愿的同时收取诡异的代价。

　　猫妖夜瞳和狗妖威廉，一个是口是心非别扭猫，一个是忠诚温顺痴情狗。一个说话刻薄，喜欢打架，最喜欢歧视人类和狗;一个忠诚正直，百折不挠，对夜瞳的话言听计从。一个热情过度，一个孤僻冷傲，每一个女王背后都有一只忠犬。只有这样有包容心的狗，才能爱上那么别扭任性的猫，只有威廉这样只看别人好处的小狗，才能发现夜瞳心里不善表达的善良，让她放下心防。同时，这群妖物在和人类打交道时，产生各种啼笑皆非的故事，也在相互嬉笑怒打间，发现了前世的真情?

　　People tend to have various desires, which, if not satisfied, can result in grudges and feuds. There is such a group of supernatural beings in the world, who will sign contracts with humans to fulfill their wishes at the cost of something unusual.

　　These supernatural beings are represented by a cat named Ye Tong and a dog named William. The cat Ye Tong is duplicitous, asocial, aloof, and mean, and takes delight in fighting and treat humans and dogs in discrimination, while the dog William is docile, loyal, upright, persevere, overzealous, and infatuated with Ye Tong, and obeys her without question. Behind every queen there is a loyal dog. No one but a magnanimous dog like William would fall for such a petulant cat, and only William, a puppy who only focuses on the good side of others, can appreciate the kindness deep in the undemonstrative Ye Tong's heart and successfully reassure her. In the meantime, as these supernatural beings deal with human beings, ironic stories occur, unveiling perhaps some of the truth about their previous incarnations.

　　Since its serialization in the Zhiyin Manke magazine, Urban Meow Miracles has been in the top three of the works published in the magazine, and its offprints have been distributed nationwide. Furthermore, its eponymous animated TV series has already been aired on Mango TV.
