中影时代文化发展(武汉)有限公司成立于2017年10月，是武汉市唯一一家从事重大文化产业项目战略投资、新兴文化业态投资的动漫影视游戏文创类国有控股企业。公司两大国有背景股东分别为武汉文投集团、中国电影集团。目前已经形成动漫影视、电竞游戏两大主业和直播、孵化器、教育培训等辅业，逐步发展成为主业突出、业态多元、链条完整的产业布局。
